When you create a Klozy account, we collect:

• Billing information (processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers)
• Your selected platform connections (Telegram, Instagram, Discord)

3. Usage Information

We automatically collect information about how you interact with Klozy:

• Features used and frequency of use
• Lead management actions (adding, moving, messaging leads)
• Login timestamps and session duration
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• IP address (for security and fraud prevention)

4. Connected Platform Data

When you connect Telegram, Instagram, or Discord to Klozy, we access:

• Messages received in connected groups, channels, and DMs (as permitted by each platform's API)
• Usernames and profile information of people who message you
• Story replies and comment interactions (Instagram)
• Server membership data (Discord)

We access this data solely to provide lead tracking and automation features. We do not sell this data to third parties, ever.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how users interact with our website and product. We do not use invasive advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks.

6. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

7. Payment Processing

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Payment processor (Stripe) — to process subscriptions
• Infrastructure providers (cloud hosting) — to run the service
• Connected platforms (Telegram, Instagram, Discord) — only the data needed to send and receive messages on your behalf
• Law enforcement — only when legally required with a valid court order

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, regular security audits, and access controls limiting who within our team can view user data. While no system is 100% secure, we take every reasonable precaution to protect your information.
