By accessing or using Klozy ("the Service"), operated by Klozy Technologies Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Klozy. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Klozy offers a paid subscription at $49/month, billed monthly. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — no penalties, no questions asked.
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to subscribe. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be downgraded and your data retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
You agree to use Klozy in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the Service in a way that violates the terms of service of any connected platform (Telegram, Instagram, Discord), or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Klozy:
Klozy integrates with third-party platforms including Telegram, Instagram, Discord, Whop, Skool, Kajabi, Stan Store, Teachable, Zapier, and Make. These integrations are provided "as-is" and we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service.
All content, code, designs, logos, and trademarks associated with Klozy are the property of Klozy Technologies Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission. Content you upload or create using the Service remains yours.
We strive to keep Klozy available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klozy Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that harms other users or the integrity of the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
